I skipped the auto show in 2009, but really wanted to go in 2010. I went with a couple of friends on Thursday night, which is much less crowded, and much more enjoyable, than on the weekend. This year, the Houston Auto Show is only running 5 days. In past years it has been 9 days, spanning two weekends. The economy has everyone questioning how much they can afford to spend, and whether they're getting their money's worth. Infiniti didn't even show up!
We spent about 2-and-a-half hours there, and I took just a few photos. Here they are in the order I took them. (Note: A few are not clear, because I took them without the flash. With the flash, everything came out underexposed. With the flash, the color and lighting are better, but the image was captured too slowly. Next time I'll use the flash and just doctor the photos when I get home. Additionally, the lighting was odd, so even in person it was hard to tell what colors the cars were. The "torch red" Corvette had an orange tint to it.)
