In 1973 my mother wanted me to make a scrapbook. Being a 13-year-old boy, I thought that was a sissy thing to do. But I did it anyway. Wow, it has some really cool stuff in it! I'd like to scan the whole thing in, but here's a start.
Most of it consists of Port Neches-Groves Indian and Dallas Cowboy newspaper clippings. There's a newspaper article about the nighttime launch of Apollo 17 (I didn't scan that yet). Newspaper clippings are from the Port Arthur News. Have a look:
